Short answer. Fundal Media runs Meta advertising for fashion brands doing €50k to €2M+ a month: a consolidated account structure on broad audiences with a separate testing layer, creative direction and copy written for fashion, weekly creative testing, daily optimisation, and reporting against Shopify revenue rather than Ads Manager alone. Run personally by the two founders inside the client's own Business Manager. On published accounts ROAS went from around 2x to 6.4x, 7.2x and 9.8x.
What the service includes
- Account rebuild. Consolidated prospecting on broad audiences, a separate testing campaign, retargeting cut to what earns its place, catalogue campaigns for the long tail. The structure is in how we structure a Meta account for fashion.
- Creative direction and copy. Concepts, hooks, scripts and copy written for fashion, built around your existing shoots and founder content. Briefing of new assets where something is missing. The approach is in ad creative that reads as brand first.
- Weekly creative testing. New concepts every week into the testing layer, winners graduated, losers cut.
- Daily optimisation. Budgets, bids, creative rotation and audience health, every day, by the people who built the account.
- Market structure. Separate prospecting per market where a brand sells internationally, and a launch process for new markets.
- Reporting. A live dashboard against Shopify revenue, a written report every month, and a call every two weeks with Elias.
How it is run
Inside your Business Manager, never ours, so every campaign, audience and pixel is yours if we stop working together. Elias leads strategy and creative direction, Frederik runs the technical structure and daily optimisation. There is nobody between you and the people doing the work, which is why we cap the number of brands we take.
What it costs
A low monthly base fee plus a performance fee tied to the results the account delivers, with no percentage of ad spend. The base fee covers the people and the work, the performance fee is agreed per account and measured in your own Shopify and Meta reporting, and we give you both figures in writing after the first call once we have seen the account. The audit and written strategy that come before it are free, and ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta. There are no long lock in contracts: clients stay with us because the account performs, not because a contract makes them. The full explanation is on the pricing page.
Why Meta alone is not the whole job
The conversion rate of the store is the ceiling on what the ad account can return, and the email setup decides what each customer is worth. We run Meta together with Shopify conversion work and Klaviyo for that reason, and we will not run the ads for a brand that will not let us touch the store.
Other platforms
Meta is the core. Where an account is large enough that a single channel leaves money on the table, we run TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Google alongside it, judged on blended return rather than on each platform's own dashboard. Several of our largest accounts have run multi platform for years.
What it has done
Brahmaki from 2.1x to 7.2x and €120,000 to €2.8M a month in twelve months. Angel Ruche from 1.8x to 6.4x and €34,000 to €210,000 in six. Monica Nera from 2.2x to 9.8x while more than tripling to €850,000 a month. The ledger has twenty six more results with the screenshot behind each.
Questions on this
Do you run Meta ads from your own ad account or mine?
Yours, always. We work inside your Business Manager so every campaign, audience, flow and pixel stays with you if we stop working together.
Is there a percentage of ad spend?
No. A low monthly base fee plus a performance fee tied to results. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta.
How quickly do Meta campaigns go live?
Usually in week two or three, after the audit and once the store work has started. A real read on performance comes by week four to six, and most accounts hit their strongest stretch between month three and six.
