Short answer. Necessie is a Vietnamese minimalist fashion brand that grew from roughly €1,000 to €10,000 a month with Fundal Media. The account was built with the same sequence used on large accounts: store first, a small and clean Meta structure, creative built around the brand's minimalist identity, and Klaviyo flows from the start. The founder, Jonathan, is available as a reference.
Why we publish a small case
Our home page says we work with brands doing €50,000 to €2M+ a month, and that is true of the retainer accounts. We also sometimes take a smaller brand on a lighter basis when the product and the positioning are clearly there, and Necessie was one of those. We publish it because a lot of the founders reading this are at €1,000 a month, not €1,000,000, and they deserve to see that the method does not change with the size of the account.
The brand
Necessie is a minimalist fashion brand from Vietnam. Clean silhouettes, restrained palette, and a founder with a clear idea of who the customer is. At around €1,000 a month the brand had a small following, a Shopify store that had never been optimised, a Meta account with a handful of boosted posts, and no email setup at all.
The same sequence, at a tenth of the size
We did what we always do, in the same order. The store first: a product page that led with the fabric and the fit, clean navigation, and a checkout with nothing unnecessary in it. Then the Meta account: one prospecting campaign on a broad audience, one small testing campaign, no retargeting to begin with because there was nothing to retarget yet. Creative built around the minimalist identity, because for a brand like this the aesthetic is the whole reason to buy. And Klaviyo from the first week: welcome, browse, cart and post purchase flows, written short and in the brand's voice.
At this size the discipline is about not spending on things that do not matter yet. No audience stacking, no five campaign structures, no agency dashboards. A small clean account, a weekly look at what creative is working, and a store that converts what the ads bring in.
Where it got to
The account grew to around €10,000 a month. That is ten times the starting point, and more importantly it is the size at which a brand can start to fund proper creative production and think about the next stage. We wrote the general version of that next stage in scaling a fashion brand from €50k to €500k a month, and the road from €10k to €50k is the same road with more creative and a little more patience.
The ad that won
One of the winning creatives from the account, as it ran on Meta. Brand first, the product named in the frame, no discount in sight. The same concepts, converted to video, performed just as well, which is how most of them ran once the account was scaling.

What this case is useful for
If you are a small fashion brand with a strong identity and very little budget, this is your case. The lesson is that the sequence is the same at every size, and that the cheapest thing you can do at this stage is get the store and the creative right before you spend on ads.
