03Why fashion only

A generalist agency has to learn your category. We already live in it.

Four things that change the moment the product is clothing.

01

Visual language

Fashion is bought in seconds, on aesthetics. We build creative that reads as brand first and ad second, so performance does not cost you positioning.

02

Seasonal cycles

Inventory, drops and end of season dictate the calendar. We know when pre order pushes work, when urgency converts, and when to hold back.

03

Price architecture

Selling a €300 dress is not the same problem as selling a €30 basic. Exclusivity messaging, offer structure and discount discipline all change with the price point.

04

Market by market

A French customer does not behave like an American one. We have launched into 40+ markets and localise creative, offer and landing experience rather than translating them.

04What we do

Five things, done properly.

No SEO retainers, no social media management, no brand decks. The work that moves revenue.

01

Meta advertising

Campaign architecture, creative testing and daily optimisation on Facebook and Instagram. This is the core of most accounts we run.

02

Email and SMS

Klaviyo built properly. Welcome, browse and cart flows, post purchase, winback, and a campaign calendar that respects the drop schedule.

03

Conversion optimisation

Custom Shopify sections, product page work, landing pages and checkout flow testing. Traffic is only worth what the store does with it.

04

Creative direction

Ad concepts, scripts and copy written for fashion. We brief and direct, and we work with your existing assets and shoots.

05

Market expansion

Launching into new territories across Europe, the UK, MENA and beyond, with the offer and creative adapted rather than copied.

What working with us looks like.

01Week 1

Audit and strategy

We audit your Meta account, Shopify data and creative library, then send a written strategy before you have paid anything.

02Week 2 to 3

Build and launch

Full funnel goes live. Prospecting, retargeting and retention flows, with creative already written and structured.

03Month 1 to 3

Optimise and scale

Daily monitoring, weekly optimisation, calls every two weeks with Elias. Live dashboard and a written report every month.

04Month 3 onward

Compound

New channels, audiences and markets as performance compounds. Most accounts hit their strongest stretch between month three and six.

07In their words

Founders we work with.

They do not just run ads. They understand our brand DNA, our customer psychology, and how to tell our story in a way that actually converts.

Kate JuneKate, Founder and CEO

They helped us expand into four new European markets with localised strategies that actually worked. Best investment we have made in our growth.

BrahmakiJesper, Founder

Their guidance on positioning, creative and customer journey has been invaluable. We have seen 400%+ growth while keeping the brand exclusive.

08Questions

Before you book.

What does it cost?

A monthly retainer rather than a project fee, scaled to the size of the account. We give you the number on the call once we know what the work actually involves, and there is no charge for the audit or the written strategy that comes with it.

Who owns the ad account and the data?

You do, always. We work inside your Business Manager and your Klaviyo, never our own. If we stop working together you keep every campaign, audience, flow and pixel with no export needed.

How quickly do we see something?

Campaigns are usually live in week two or three. You get a real read on performance by week four to six. Most accounts hit their strongest stretch between month three and six.

Do you handle creative?

We direct and write it. Concepts, scripts, hooks and copy come from us, built around your existing shoots and UGC. If something is missing we brief it, and we can bring in a photographer or editor where it is needed.

What if we are under 50k a month?

Tell us on the call. We sometimes take smaller brands on a lighter consulting basis when the product and positioning are clearly there, but we will say so honestly rather than sell you a retainer you do not need yet.

How many brands do you take on?

A capped number. Two people run every account personally, so the ceiling is real. If we are full we will tell you rather than stretch.

09Next step

Book an audit.

Thirty minutes with Elias. We look at your account together and you leave with a written strategy inside seven days, whether or not you work with us.

Who this is for

Fashion brands doing roughly €50k to €2M+ in monthly revenue, with product and fulfilment already working, looking to scale paid acquisition without losing the brand. If you are earlier than that, say so on the call and we will point you somewhere useful instead.
