Fashion advertising in Denmark.

Fundal Media is a Danish company and Denmark is where we learned to scale fashion. Several of the largest accounts we have run are Danish, past €2M a month and run for four to five years, most of them under NDA, and several of the largest single day figures in our ledger are Danish accounts. This is what we know about the Danish fashion customer and about expanding from Denmark.

Fashion in Denmark

Short answer. Fundal Media is a fashion only performance marketing agency founded in Denmark in 2016 (VAT DK44276763). Several of the largest accounts we have run are Danish and under NDA, with ledger records of 89.7M kr. annual revenue, 38.73M kr. annual revenue at +77%, and single days above one million kroner. For Denmark we plan for MobilePay at checkout, a customer who buys on drops and trusts Trustpilot, and expansion into Sweden, Norway, Germany and the UK.

The Danish fashion customer

Denmark is a small, dense, digitally mature market where almost everyone shops on a phone and pays with MobilePay. The customer trusts Trustpilot, reads the reviews, expects delivery within a day or two and expects the return to be simple. She also buys on drops. Several of the largest Danish fashion brands release new collections weekly, and the customer has been trained to wait for the release day.

The market is also small enough that broad targeting reaches most of it quickly. Creative fatigue arrives faster in Denmark than in Germany or the UK, and the creative cadence has to be faster to match. This is where our weekly creative process was built.

Where we learned to scale fashion

Some of the largest accounts we have run are Danish, past €2M a month in revenue, across Meta, other platforms and Klaviyo, and run for four to five years. Those accounts are under NDA and are not published as case studies, but they are where the way we run every drop led brand was built, and the method is written up in advertising a fashion brand on a drop calendar. The published cases that come closest for a Danish brand are Brahmaki, a European brand that opened four new markets, and Marame, built on retention. Among the Danish accounts we run now is Notabene, the Copenhagen shoe house founded in 1997, which came on board in the autumn of 2026.

The Danish accounts in the ledger

The ledger on our home page carries several Danish Shopify captures: 89.7M kr. in annual revenue at +38%, 38.73M kr. at +77%, 28.07M kr. across a multi storefront setup at +73%, and single days of 1.27M kr. (+99%), 1.25M kr. (+286%) and 1.01M kr. (+347%). Several of those single days are Black Friday weeks, planned the way described in Black Friday for fashion brands.

What changes in the ad account

MobilePay on the product page and at checkout. Trustpilot rating in the creative and on the store. Danish language creative for the home market rather than English, even for brands that sell in English abroad. A faster creative rotation than larger markets need. And a Klaviyo calendar built around the drop day.

Expanding from Denmark

A Danish brand usually goes to Sweden and Norway first, because the customer and the logistics are close, then to Germany for scale and the UK for a large English speaking market. Each is a different launch with its own offer, creative and landing experience, and we have done all of them. The process is in launching a fashion brand in a new market.

A Danish agency, working everywhere

We are registered in Denmark and both partners, Elias and Frederik, are based here. Most of our clients are outside Denmark, and everything runs remotely with a call every two weeks. For Danish brands that means an agency that speaks the language, knows the market and the Danish fashion scene, and has run some of its largest accounts.
